How Do You Handle Negative Feedback?

There will always be someone in the crowd that doesn’t agree with your best real mink lashes and that’s okay. If you’re like the rest of us the first thing you want to do is lash out to defend yourself and your work. However, when you think about it, most of the time when we are lashing out at a negative comment (or even a negative posse) we are letting best real mink lashes interfere. When you feel offended by something someone says or does, ask yourself why it really bothers you. If it’s because of how it makes you feel, or can relate back to YOU personally, you know you’re not being objective.

Sometimes it takes more courage to change than it does to remain steadfast, but if you weigh everything with your core values you’ll know what to do. If it doesn’t line up, you can agree to disagree.
